Phillis wrote this about the time she put together the family tree. It's interesting that so many names are confusing because they use middle names a lot. I noticed that a son of Edward and Elizabeth, the first ones here from England, has his name listed in the tree as Matthew but in the "William Stephen Hamilton's Wiota, 1828 Diggings - 1993" a small book compiled about Wiota Wisconsin, it shows a few of our ancestors names there. For Matthew, who would be Uncle of Jonas, he is listed as J.M. Milbourn or James Matthew and I guess family mostly called him Matt. A copy of this book was sent to me by Charles Stanley. In this book it shows a copied picture of an original map of Wiota with plots of land, where they are and who owns them. It shows Jonah's property and lists it as 20 acres owned by "J.D. Milburn".
